Available Positions

1. Specialist – Contact Center Planning and Delivery
   • Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Software Engineering
   • Experience:
     • 3 years in systems planning & support
     • 1 year in DevOps and OOP programming (Java/C++/C#)
   • Skills:
     • Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL
     • JavaScript & report builder tools
     • Cloud concepts (virtualization, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
     • Linux/Ubuntu or Windows OS
     • Strong communication & stakeholder management
   • Location: Addis Ababa
2. Senior Accountant – Credit Control
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA is an advantage
   • Experience:
     • 3–4 years in credit control or debt management
     • Experience with financial modeling
     • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems
   • Location: Addis Ababa
3. Systems Engineer – BSS
   • Qualification: BSc in Telecom Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, or IT
   • Experience: 2 years in telecom/IT/software engineering
   • Skills:
     • Knowledge of CRM, Billing, Voucher Management
     • Unix/Linux systems
     • Oracle, MySQL, Postgres
     • Cloud/virtualized solutions

4. Senior Manager – Treasury & Cash Management
   • Qualification: CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ACA with a Finance or related degree
   • Experience:
     • 5–8 years in accounting & treasury
     • 3–5 years in managerial treasury operations
     • Experience managing multiple bank accounts & complex payment systems

5. Executive Head of Department – Fleet, Facilities & Property Management
   • Qualification: Degree in Architecture, Land & Building Economics, Quantity Surveying, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
   • Experience: Minimum 6 years in project & property management
   • Preferred Certifications:
     • Fleet Operations
     • Project Management
     • Quantity Surveying

6. Executive Head of Department – Digital & Lifestyle
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Transformation (Master’s preferred)

     • 8–10 years in digital marketing, CRM, or customer loyalty
     • Experience leading large‑scale digital loyalty programs
     • Strong data analytics and mobile app ecosystem knowledge
