Position: DevOps Engineer

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Professional certifications in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Kubernetes certification or relevant experience is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.

Required Skills

Applicants should demonstrate experience with:

• Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
• CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
• HashiCorp Vault.
• Kubernetes management tools such as Headlamp.
• AWS cloud services.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
