Saint Gabriel Catholic Health Center (SGCHC) is a not‑for‑profit health institution owned by the Ethiopian Catholic Church (ECC‑SDCO, Addis Ababa) and managed in collaboration with the Brothers of Our Lady of Lourdes and Brothers of Good Works in Ethiopia. Position Overview

The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for day‑to‑day patient care activities within the assigned unit of the health center, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to medical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record patient medical history and administer medications/treatments.
• Collaborate with medical teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patients’ health and provide advice/support.
• Educate patients about priority health problems.
• Maintain communication with department heads and medical staff to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist in medical procedures as required.

Job Requirements

• Education/Training: Diploma/Level IV in Nursing from a recognized university or college.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in nursing.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and patient handling skills.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid nursing license and COC certificate.
