Job Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling Kavod Real Estate PLC projects, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets, conducting property presentations, and supporting overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Client Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage potential clients and investors.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely client engagement.

Sales Execution

  • Promote and sell Kavod Real Estate properties and projects.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations.
  • Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, monthly, quarterly).

Reporting and Coordination

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to support sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
