Job Summary
Transsion Manufacturing PLC is seeking energetic and ambitious female Sales Promoters to strengthen its market presence in Adama, Asela, Debre Zeyit, and Mojo. The role involves promoting mobile phone products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote mobile phone products and achieve sales targets in designated markets
- Collect, summarize, and report sales data from retailers and wholesalers
- Ensure product availability by monitoring retail stores and distribution points
- Develop new markets and expand customer base
- Monitor competitors’ activities and report promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team on promotional activities
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Age:
- Minimum of high school education or TVET certificate
- Age: 25 years or below
Skills & Attributes:
- Passion for the mobile phone industry
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Energetic, proactive, and well-presented
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
