Requirements
- BA degree in any field
- Preferably 1 year of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Professional presentation and customer engagement ability

This is a junior sales position managed by a third party, serving as a talent hub that can open opportunities for bigger sales roles within Habesha Breweries.
Responsibilities
- Create sales from existing and new customers
- Achieve daily sales volume targets and submit reports
- Identify strategic outlets to maximize sales share
- Build strong customer relationships with outlet owners and staff
- Execute approved promotions and communicate product benefits
- Ensure product availability in all registered outlets
- Open new accounts to expand product reach
- Monitor stock levels in key outlets
- Manage company fridges and report repair needs promptly
