Job Description

Himilo Physiotherapy and Rehab Center is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead and deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities, and injuries, while also supervising and guiding support staff to ensure excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

2. Provide physiotherapy treatments using appropriate techniques and equipment

3. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

4. Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing assistants and support staff

5. Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

7. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and ethical practices

9. Contribute to continuous improvement of rehabilitation services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physiotherapy

Professional certification in Physiotherapy  (Value added preposition)

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
