Open Positions

1. Credit Analysis Officer (Internal/External)

Location: Jig‑Jigga Head Office
Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of banking/MFI experience, including at least 1 year as a Junior Credit Officer.

2. Customer Relations Officer (Internal Only)

Location: Jig‑Jigga Head Office
Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of banking/MFI experience, including at least 1 year as a Junior Customer Relations Officer.

3. Senior Customer Relations Officer (Internal Only)

Location: Jig‑Jigga Head Office
Qualification:

  • MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
  • 2 years (MA) or 4 years (BA) of banking/MFI experience, including 2 years as a Branch Banking Officer.
  • Proven experience in customer service, credit control, or loan recovery is an advantage.
