Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor card banking transactions and flag potential issues for timely resolution.
- Assist in investigating and resolving routine transaction problems in coordination with branches and service providers.
- Follow up on reconciliation activities and maintain accurate records of outstanding items.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support daily operations.
- Help prepare operational reports on transactions, issues, and system performance.
- Follow established procedures and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
