1️⃣ Senior Collateral Valuator

• Qualification: MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, Building, Architecture, or related fields.
• Experience: 3–5 years, including at least 2 years in property valuation.

2️⃣ Project Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 6–8 years in reporting, analytics, or Project Management Office (PMO).

3️⃣ Manager, Portfolio & Governance

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related fields.
