About the Role

Sheger Saving and Credit Cooperative is a community-based financial institution dedicated to promoting saving culture, providing deposit and loan facilities, and supporting financial inclusion for low-income communities in Ethiopia. The cooperative is seeking qualified professionals to fill multiple positions in Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Digital Marketing Senior Expert

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ICT, or equivalent.
• Graduate in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Marketing with training and certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.

Position 2: Cashier

Qualifications

• MA or BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
• No prior work experience required.

Position 3: Credit Monitoring and Insurance Specialist

• MA or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Cooperative, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
