Position 1: Environmental, Health & Safety Officer
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, laws, and standards.
- Develop, organize, and conduct regular safety trainings for hotel associates.
- Oversee fire protection, chemical safety, and occupational health practices.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and run effective safety meetings.
- Monitor and enforce HACCP standards and food safety practices.
- Ensure hotel associates acquire safety knowledge for daily operations.
- Apply successful planning and administrative principles to EH&S functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in EH&S, with strong background in fire protection, chemical safety, and occupational health.
- Certification in HACCP training is an advantage.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion and commitment to safety management.
Position 2: Loss Prevention Officer
Responsibilities
- Monitor and safeguard hotel property, guests, and associates.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and security protocols.
- Conduct patrols and respond to security incidents.
- Support training in self‑defense and safety awareness.
- Prepare incident reports and assist in investigations.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Professional certification or training in self‑defense techniques preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in security operations.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); knowledge of other international languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in emergencies.
