1. Internal Controller (Job Grade VIII)

  • Education: BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
  • Experience: 2 years general work experience, including 1 year as Junior Officer or equivalent in banking
  • Workplace: Branches under Dire Dawa, Hawassa, and Nekemte Districts

2. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I (Job Grade IX)

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
  • Experience: 3 years general work experience, including 1 year as Customer Service Officer or equivalent in banking
  • Workplace: Branches under North Finfinne, Adama, Hawassa, Shashemane, Nekemte, Jimma, and Dire Dawa Districts

3. Manager, Banking Operation Management I (Job Grade X)

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
  • Experience: 3–4 years general work experience, including 1 year as Senior Internal Controller I, Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I, or equivalent in banking
  • Workplace: Branches under West Finfinne, Nekemte, Jimma, Adama, Hawassa, and Dire Dawa Districts

4. Branch Manager (Job Grade XI)

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
  • Experience: 4–5 years general work experience, including 1 year as MBOM I or equivalent in banking
  • Workplace: Branches under North Finfinne, West Finfinne, Nekemte, Jimma, Hawassa, and Dire Dawa Districts

5. Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management (Job Grade XIV)

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields
  • Experience: 8–9 years general work experience, including 2 years as Team Leader in Stakeholder/Employee Relations, BM II, or equivalent in banking
  • Workplace: Shashemane District – East Bale Zone
