Duty Station: Arba Minch, Ethiopia

Contract Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support in procurement, administration, logistics, IT, and HR.
- Manage stock and asset inventory, ensure safe storage, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle office administration including visitor reception, correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Support tender document handling and ensure compliance with SNV procedures.
- Oversee cleaning, security, and safeguarding of office and store facilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, warehouse management, asset management, or administration.

- Safely transport staff, visitors, and materials while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and ensure timely servicing.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, fuel records, and insurance/tax documentation.
- Support logistics activities including deliveries, errands, and coordination with suppliers/garages.

Qualifications:
- 12th or 10th grade complete with at least 5 years’ driving experience.
- Valid 3rd‑grade renewed driving license (auto mechanics diploma is an advantage).
