About SOS Children’s Villages Ethiopia
SOS Children’s Villages Ethiopia is a member of the SOS Children’s Villages International Federation. Since opening our first Village in Mekelle in 1974, we have expanded across eight program locations, working with international donors, government, and community partners to support children who have lost parental care or are at risk of losing it. 1. Senior HR & Administration Officer

Education: BA in Human Resources Management, Administration, Management, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 5 years in mid‑senior HR and Administration roles

Key Skills: Recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, compliance, procurement, logistics, conflict resolution, compensation & benefits

Preferred: NGO experience, HRIS proficiency, capacity building in HR and safeguarding

2. Driver / Purchaser

Education: Certificate in technical training or Grade 10 complete

Experience: Minimum 4 years in mechanics and driving, preferably with NGOs

License: Valid driving license (Grade 3–5)

Key Skills: Vehicle maintenance, safe driving, procurement, record keeping, communication, problem solving

Preferred: NGO/international organization experience, logistics knowledge, English language skill
