Summer Real Estate PLC is recruiting Junior Real Estate Sales Agents to support the sales of apartments and commercial properties. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, promoting properties, managing leads, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on potential customers and sales leads.
• Promote apartments and commercial properties through networking, referrals, social media, and field prospecting.
• Conduct property presentations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective buyers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
• Fluency in Amharic is required.
• English language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
