Position Summary

The Temporary Supply Chain Officer will manage inventory systems, vendor creation/deletion, data cleansing in SAP, and provide support in asset and inventory software. The role also ensures timely dispatches, monitors obsolescence levels, and flags irregularities for corrective action.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory systems and vendor data in SAP.
  • Provide SAP and asset/inventory system support to users.
  • Ensure timely dispatches and monitor obsolescence levels.
  • Apply stock management tools and flag non‑moving stocks.
  • Support data cleansing and reporting for logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Plan International’s safeguarding and GEI policies.

Qualifications

  • BA Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, ICT, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years relevant work experience (1 year supervisory).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge; SAP and inventory software proficiency.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management is preferable.
  • Experience in medical stock management/pharmacy is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages desirable.
