Job Summary

The Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with sales teams, technical teams, vendors, and customers to design suitable IT solutions and prepare accurate technical documentation.

The role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tender preparation and proposal development.
• Work with sales and technical teams to design appropriate IT solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and solution proposals.
• Review and work with technical specifications and IT infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Support the preparation of accurate technical information for sales activities.
• Contribute to solution design and technical documentation.
• Meet tight deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of IT solutions, products, and technologies.
• Practical experience in tender preparation and proposal development.
• Good understanding of technical specifications, solution design, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
