We are now inviting qualified applicants to apply for the following position:

Position: Retail Sales Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow fuel, lubricants, LPG, and non‑fuel products
• Drive profitability and monitor station performance across assigned territory
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards through inspections, audits, and training
• Promote safety culture via Near Miss reporting and STOP card usage
• Oversee shop and food service concepts (e.g., Café Bonjour) and ensure HACCP compliance
• Analyze station profitability, prepare P&L reports, and monitor dealer financial performance
• Build strong dealer and customer relationships, handle complaints, and support marketing campaigns
• Conduct regular field visits and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements

Qualifications:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, retail, or energy sector
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stations and priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting systems, ERP/Salesforce
• Excellent written and spoken English
