Position: Card Back Office Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Card Requests & Personalization: Process customer requests for card creation, renewal, replacement, and cancellation; manage personalization, distribution, and record tracking.
• Card Top‑Ups & Reconciliation: Process validated top‑ups, review daily reports, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate filing of contracts and card records.
• Reporting: Run weekly Card Trial Balance, prepare reports for the Card Sales Manager, and escalate discrepancies promptly.
• Document Management: Ensure systematic organization and archiving of customer‑related documents.

Qualifications

• Education: BA in Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, customer service, or related roles.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), excellent communication skills, teamwork, and integrity.
• Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
