Position: Data Specialist
The Data Specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining data integrity across multiple sources. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support organizational decision‑making through accurate data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Unlock and analyze daily data for Ethiopia operations.
- Verify and extract data from hardcopy and digital sources.
- Import and transfer data into secure central databases.
- Perform regular data integrity and quality audits.
- Create and submit data collation and analysis reports.
- Troubleshoot data storage and retrieval issues.
- Train staff on proper data storage and retrieval processes.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in data recording and analysis.

Skills:
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of record‑keeping and database management.
