Position: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualifications:

• BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.

Salary:

• As per the Bank’s Scale.

Duty Station:

• Addis Ababa Branches: Amanuel, Bure Damot, Debre Work, Dembecha, and Woreta.
