Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical work as a professional nurse within the last 10 years.

2️⃣ Physician (Part-time)

Education Requirements

• Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School.
• Completion of appropriate postgraduate internship, residency, or fellowship.
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine within the host country, country of citizenship, or the United States.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after postgraduate training in primary care, including:
  • Family Medicine
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Internal Medicine
• At least 50% of the provider’s time during that period must have involved direct patient care.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Fluent Amharic in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Language skills may be tested.

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree, or host-country equivalent, in:
  • Public Health
  • Health Policy
  • Epidemiology

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of mid- to senior-level public health experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating public health programs or other relevant public health programs involving coordination with an international agency or implementing partner.
