Open Positions
1. Branch Manager III – Woliso Branch
Purpose: Ensure overall banking operations are performed in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant banking/financial services experience
- At least 1 year as Branch Manager IV, Business Manager I, or equivalent
2. Branch Manager IV – IFB – Worabe Branch
Purpose: Oversee branch operations in compliance with policies and Shari’ah principles of Interest-Free Banking (IFB).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant banking/financial services experience
- At least 1 year as Business Manager II-IFB, Business Manager III-IFB, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and IFB principles is mandatory
3. Branch Manager IV – Kobo Hararghe Branch
Purpose: Ensure branch operations align with policies, procedures, and IFB principles.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant banking/financial services experience
- At least 1 year as Business Manager II-IFB, Business Manager III-IFB, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and IFB principles is mandatory
4. Branch Business Manager IV – IFB – Wegagen Amana Selam Branch
Purpose: Drive branch sales and marketing, mobilize resources, expand digital banking access, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year as Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager – IFB, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and IFB principles is mandatory
