Position: Branch Manager IV

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience
  • At least 1 year as Business Manager II, Business Manager III, or equivalent role

Job Purpose

The Branch Manager IV is responsible for ensuring that all branch banking operations are executed in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on operational excellence, customer service quality, resource mobilization, and overall branch performance.
