Position 1: Area Manager

Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking/financial services, including 3 years in branch management roles

Job Purpose: Manage and coordinate resource mobilization, customer base expansion, and operational excellence of branches under the area office to support the bank’s growth initiatives

Position 2: Branch Business Manager‑III

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent fields

Experience: Minimum 1 year as Branch Operations Manager‑III or equivalent

Job Purpose: Ensure effective branch sales and marketing, mobilize resources, expand digital banking access, and deliver efficient customer service. Build strong stakeholder relationships to enhance resource mobilization.
