1. Branch Manager III

Job Purpose

Ensure effective management of branch operations in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 1 year as Branch Manager IV, Business Manager I, or equivalent.

Location: Alamata Branch

2. Branch Manager IV – IFB

Job Purpose

Oversee branch operations under the Interest‑Free Banking (IFB) framework, ensuring compliance with Shari’ah principles and banking regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
• At least 1 year as Business Manager II‑IFB, Business Manager III‑IFB, or equivalent.
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and IFB operations.

Location: Worabe Branch (Hawassa District Office)

3. Branch Manager IV

Job Purpose

Lead branch operations, ensure service quality, manage resources, and maintain compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience.
