Open Positions
1. Senior District – IFB Business Banking Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as District‑IFB Business Banking Officer I or equivalent
- Requirement: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles in Interest‑Free Banking (IFB) operations
- Location: Hawassa District Office
- Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
2. Branch Manager IV – IFB
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking/financial services, with at least 1 year as Business Manager II‑IFB or III‑IFB or equivalent
- Requirement: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and IFB principles
- Location: Worabe Branch
- Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
3. Branch Manager IV
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking/financial services, with at least 1 year as Business Manager II or III or equivalent
- Location: Shashemene‑Oda & Monopol‑Hawassa Branches; Werka & Kobo Hararghe Branches
- Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
4. Branch Manager III
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking/financial services, with at least 1 year as Branch Manager IV or Business Manager I or equivalent
- Location: Jinka Branch
- Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
