Position 1: Branch Manager-I
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
- At least 1 year of experience as Branch Manager-II or in an equivalent position
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all banking operations of the branch are carried out in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Location: Adigrat Branch
Position 2: Branch Manager-IV
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- At least 1 year of experience as Business Manager II, III, or IV, or in a related role
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all banking operations of the branch are carried out in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Location: Itang Branch
