Education
- Completion of secondary school education.
- A post-secondary certificate in a related field is desirable.
Work Experience
- At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in administrative or business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.
- Respond to routine enquiries and provide business support services.
- Process routine administrative and financial activities.
- Maintain records, databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate information sharing with internal stakeholders.
- Review documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Support improvements to administrative processes.
- Compile and analyze operational data.
- Provide guidance to junior support staff when required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of administrative procedures and business support practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Experience managing records and documentation.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.

Education
- Completion of secondary school education or
- University degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or another related field.
Work Experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in information technology, digital solutions, or data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Digital Assistance Services (DAS) implementation.
- Provide technical support for beneficiary registration and distribution activities.
- Support planning and implementation of digital operations.
- Build technical capacity for staff and cooperating partners.
- Coordinate implementation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
- Support development and continuous improvement of IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with WFP technology standards and operational procedures.
- Perform other related ICT duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Experience supporting digital platforms and IT operations.
- Knowledge of digital assistance services and data management.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
