Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat
- Assist with complex cases in a professional manner

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English
- Personal laptop/PC with stable internet and backup power supply

- Readiness to work night shifts (4‑days‑on / 3‑days‑off schedule)
