Available Positions

1. Banking Business Officer I
   • Education: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
   • Experience: 2 years branch banking (1 year as junior officer).
   • Competencies: Sales & marketing, customer experience, IFB product knowledge, problem solving.
   • Location: Agena, Bule Hora.
2. Senior District Banking Business Officer
   • Education: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
   • Experience: 3 years banking operations (2 years as branch officer).
   • Competencies: Branch operations, sales & marketing, customer experience, IFB knowledge.
   • Location: West District (Jimma).
3. Principal District Banking Business Officer
   • Education: MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
   • Experience: 5 years (BA) / 3 years (MA) banking operations, with 2 years as senior officer.
   • Competencies: Communication, coordination, mentoring, problem solving, internal control, core banking applications.
   • Location: West District (Jimma).
4. Branch Manager
   • Education: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
   • Experience: 5 years banking operations (2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or supervisor).
   • Competencies: Branch management, team building, problem solving, negotiation, sales & marketing, internal control.
   • Location: Bedessa Branch.
5. Senior Banking Business Officer
   • Education: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
   • Experience: 3 years banking operations (2 years as branch officer).
   • Location: Semera, Gambella.
