Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or related fields
Graduation Year: 2025/2026 G.C.
CGPA: 2.50 and above
Exit Exam: 50% and above
Program Overview:
The IT Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop well‑qualified professionals who will become future successors within the Bank’s Information Technology Office. Trainees undergo a one‑year structured program, after which they are automatically reclassified to the next job level. Under close supervision of unit heads, trainees support daily operations, contribute to improvement initiatives, and build competencies for specialized and cross‑functional IT roles.
