2. Motorist

Education and License Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th Grade completion
• Valid Ethiopian driving license Grade 3 for light vehicles, or the applicable motorcycle license for two-wheeled motorist roles

Main Responsibility

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Required Skills

• Good driving skills
• Road-safety skills

3. Coffee Processing Machine Operator

Education

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, or
• Level III or above in General Mechanics, or
• A related field of study

Main Responsibility

• Operate and monitor coffee processing machinery.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of coffee processing

4. Cupper

Education

• BSc degree in:
  • Plant Science
  • Agronomy
  • Horticulture
• Training Certificate in Cupping & Coffee Roasting
• Or a related field of study

Main Responsibilities

• Identify defects and quality problems
• Compare coffees
• Assign quality scores

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Required Skills

• Coffee testing
• Coffee cupping techniques

5. Senior Labor Marketing Officer

Education

• BA degree in:
  • Business Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • A related field of study

Main Responsibility

• Collect, analyze, and report labor market information to support employment programs, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making.
