1. Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Qualification:

  • BA degree in one of the following fields:
    • Business Management
    • Statistics
    • Economics
    • Project Management
    • Related fields of study

Experience:

  • 5 years of relevant banking experience
  • Of which, 2 years at officer position level

Purpose of the Job:

To lead the design, implementation, and oversight of the Bank's Monitoring & Evaluation framework, ensuring that strategic initiatives, operational plans, and KPIs are tracked, analyzed, and reported accurately to inform decision-making.

Place of Work: Head Office

2. Senior Strategy and Planning Officer

Qualification:

  • BA degree in one of the following fields:
    • Business Management
    • Economics
    • Business Administration
    • Finance and Economics
    • Marketing Management
    • Any other related fields

Experience:

  • 5 years of relevant banking experience
  • Of which, 2 years at officer position level

Purpose of the Job:

To provide expertise on organizational performance management, including the analysis and reporting of the Bank's performance against a range of indicators to measure its progress in achieving the strategy while aligning to the strategic vision and core objectives of the Bank.

Place of Work: Head Office

3. Senior IT Auditor

Qualification:

  • BSc degree in one of the following fields:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology
    • Any other related fields

Experience:

  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Of which, 2 years at officer position level
