Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telephone calls to prospective students.
- Assess students' educational goals and circumstances through telephone conversations.
- Guide applicants through admission procedures, including application form completion and document requirements.
- Track application progress and follow up with prospective students by telephone.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Identify barriers to enrolment and provide practical solutions.
- Encourage prospective students to complete the admission process and become registered students.
- Stay informed about academic programmes, admission requirements, policies, and financial aid options.
