About FIRMA Consulting
FIRMA Consulting is expanding its professional network and invites qualified experts to join its Consultant Talent Pool. This pool will support upcoming projects across research, digital solutions, capacity building, and development programmes.
Key Areas of Expertise
We are seeking professionals with proven experience in one or more of the following areas:

Training & Facilitation: Technical trainers, ToT specialists.

ERP Development: Systems implementation and enterprise solutions.

Research & M&E: Data analysis, programme evaluation.

Field Data Collection: Enumerators, story collectors, qualitative & quantitative researchers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Consultants engaged through FIRMA’s talent pool will:
- Provide technical expertise in assigned projects.
- Deliver high‑quality outputs within agreed timelines.
- Conduct fieldwork, research, and data analysis.
- Facilitate trainings, workshops, and capacity‑building sessions.
- Support design and implementation of practical, client‑focused solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and quality in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated consulting or project‑based assignments.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience in donor‑funded or development projects is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in related fields.
