About the Role
CRS is seeking a Grants & Compliance Manager for the Thabat Enhancing Community Resilience Project (World Bank‑funded). This role ensures compliance with World Bank regulations, donor requirements, and CRS policies, while providing oversight of grants, reporting, audits, and sub‑granting processes.
Key Responsibilities

Grants Management & Compliance: Maintain compliance trackers, oversee donor reporting, monitor World Bank requests, and coordinate audits.

Reporting & Tracking: Establish centralized reporting systems, consolidate state‑level data, and ensure audit‑ready documentation.

Sub‑Granting Oversight: Lead RFAs, conduct due diligence, draft agreements, train sub‑grantees, and monitor compliance.

Capacity Building: Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to project teams and partners.

Risk Management: Identify compliance risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure continuous audit readiness.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Development, Public Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred).

Experience:
- 7–10 years in grants management, compliance, and donor reporting for large donor‑funded projects.
- Required: Experience managing World Bank projects (Client Connect, Financial Reporting, STEP, audits).
- Proven expertise in sub‑grant management and donor audits.
- Experience in fragile/conflict contexts desirable.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of World Bank regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, risk management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and World Bank reporting platforms.
- Fluency in English.
