Position: Digital Product Development Officer – Retail & MSME
Job Summary
The Digital Product Development Officer will support the development and enhancement of digital products tailored to Retail and MSME banking. The role involves evaluating proposals from external vendors, conducting market research, and participating in new product development to ensure alignment with the Bank’s objectives.
Qualifications

Education:
- BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
- BA in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management is an added advantage

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in digital product development, banking, or related fields
Functional & Technical Competencies
- Cross‑functional collaboration for innovative product development
- Understanding of client segments and evolving needs
- Analytical skills for industry trends and competitive dynamics
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management
- IT proficiency in digital banking technologies and cybersecurity
