Available Positions

1️⃣ Customer Service Officer – Maker/Checker (Nekemte District)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Responsibilities:
  • Maker: Handle account maintenance, payments, collections, cash/non‑cash transactions, and customer inquiries.
  • Checker: Authorize and verify front office transactions in line with policy and authorization limits.
• Location: Branches under Nekemte District (Nekemte, Gambella, Benishangul Region).

2️⃣ Continuous Improvement Specialist (Head Office, Addis Ababa)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, or related discipline. Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and performance.
  • Monitor projects, track KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies for process improvement.
• Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa.

3️⃣ Branch Business Relationship Manager (East Addis District)

• Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead branch business development activities in Retail & MSME segments.
  • Manage deposit and loan growth goals.
  • Promote and sell banking products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Location: Branch under East Addis District Office.
