About the Role

Dashen Brewery is seeking experienced Sales Operations Coordinators to join its team in Addis Ababa. The role is responsible for managing and tracking customer orders from placement to delivery, acting as a vital link between customers, sales teams, warehouses, logistics, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing
    • Process sales orders in ERP systems (e.g., SYSPRO).
    • Confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordination
    • Liaise with inventory, shipping, finance, and production teams.
    • Communicate order status updates to customers and sales teams.
  • Order Management
    • Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns.
    • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and reports.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare daily sales reports per district and communicate to teams.
    • Update and check stock availability for order preparation.
  • Communication
    • Share daily stock positions of all SKUs with teams.
    • Coordinate with functional departments to ensure smooth order generation.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience, preferably in sales administration.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
    • Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel and ERP systems.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Customer service and influencing skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
