Position: Junior Credit Control Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Support credit control and risk management activities.
• Prepare reports on portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with legal and operations teams on delinquent accounts.

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in credit control or finance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.

Skills:

• Communication & negotiation.
• Ability to handle high volumes of alerts with structured prioritization.
• Multitasking and effective prioritization.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
