1. Junior Civil Engineer

• Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
• Experience: 0 years (entry level)
• Salary: Head Office – 23,916 ETB; Project – 16,142 ETB
• Workplace: Head Office & Project Sites

2. Structural Inspector

• Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years, with focus on highway projects (bridge & drainage inspection)
• Salary: 16,142 ETB
• Workplace: Road Projects

3. Material Inspector

• Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years, with expertise in road project material quality inspection
• Salary: 16,142 ETB
• Workplace: Road Projects

4. Drafts Person

• Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 years, with highway project exposure and CADD proficiency
• Salary: 16,142 ETB
• Workplace: Road Projects

5. Work Inspector

• Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Experience: More than 3 years
• Salary: 16,142 ETB
• Workplace: Road Projects

6. Structural Inspector (Duplicate Role)

7. Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Qualification: BSc or higher in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience: Minimum 6 years, with 4+ years in asphalt concrete supervision, contract administration, or quantity surveying in road projects
• Salary: 27,264 ETB
• Workplace: Road Projects

8. Civil Engineer IV / Assistant Resident Engineer

• Qualification: MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
• Experience: 10+ years in road, bridge, airport, or railway projects; contract/claim/project engineering experience preferred
• Salary: 38,608 ETB
• Workplace: Road Projects

9. Senior Pavement / Material Engineer

• Qualification: MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: 8–10 years in road design/construction; 4+ years as pavement/material engineer (asphalt concrete)
• Salary: 45,599 ETB
• Workplace: Road Projects

10. Senior Civil Engineer / Resident Engineer

• Qualification: BSc or higher in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in road construction/design; 6+ years as Resident Engineer or Project Manager/Coordinator
