Open Positions
1. Senior EOC and ICT Officer

Education: Second/First Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, IT, or Information Science.

Experience: 6–8 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the branch Emergency Operation Center (EOC) for disaster preparedness, response, and recovery.
- Collect, analyze, and report disaster incident data.
- Install and maintain ICT infrastructure, networking, and systems.
- Train staff and volunteers on ICT and EOC services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ICT systems.
- Manage radio communication and ensure proper documentation.

Reports to: Program Manager.

Location: Addis Ababa Regional Branch Office.
2. Light Vehicle Driver

Education: TVET Level II or 12th Grade completed with a valid 3rd Grade Driving License (or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum 6 years driving service vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Transport staff and volunteers to ERCS operation sites.
- Maintain vehicle functionality, records, and compliance with traffic regulations.
- Perform minor repairs, inspections, and annual vehicle checks.
- Ensure proper documentation of mileage, fuel consumption, and trips.
- Support logistics and administrative functions as required.

Reports to: Senior Human Resource and General Service Officer.

Work Unit: Admin and Finance Division.
