Open Positions

Position 1: Junior Interface & Program Development Officer

• Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Experience: No prior experience required (competency test mandatory)
• Additional Requirements:
  • CGPA: 3.25 and above
  • Age: Below 26 years
  • Must provide 8th grade certificate and Kebele ID card
  • Pass grade in curriculum‑based exit examination required
  • Applicants should be graduates of 2024 (Tahsas 22, 2016 Ethiopian Calendar)
• Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
• Location: Head Office

Position 2: Property Valuation Engineer II

• Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
  • 2 years as Property Valuation Engineer I or equivalent, OR
  • 5 years relevant experience in the banking industry, OR
  • 2 years as Property Valuation Engineer II or equivalent, OR
  • 6 years relevant experience
• Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
• Location: Head Office
