Position: Climate Finance Research Intern
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics, Agricultural Economics, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Studies/Science, Development Studies, Economics, Sociology, or related fields.
- Must have graduated within the last two years.
Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated interest in climate finance, sustainability, or development financing.
- Experience in academic or professional research.
- Understanding of climate change adaptation and mitigation concepts.
- Knowledge of carbon markets and financing mechanisms is an advantage.
- Experience in policy analysis, stakeholder mapping, or donor research desirable.
- Strong analytical, research, and report‑writing skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable outputs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet‑based research tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
