Hybrid Designs PLC, the innovative IT company behind Ethiopia’s largest taxi‑hailing platform RIDE, is expanding its team. Founded by Samrawit Fikru, RIDE has become one of Ethiopia’s most recognized brands over the past 11 years, operating in Addis Ababa and Djibouti.
We are now inviting qualified applicants to apply for the following positions:
Position 1: Junior Booking Agent – Call Center
Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Enforced):
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clear speaking voice
- Basic computer skills
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or above
- Must be available to start immediately
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Applicants must reside in one of the following areas: Denbel, Hayahulet, Megenagna (24 Kebele), Wello Sefer, Agona, Kera, Gofa, Addis Gebeya, Mexico, Lideta, Shola, Ferencay, Lamberet, Bole

Position 2: Junior PR & Communications Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
- Strong writing and verbal skills in English & Amharic (other local languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Workspace
- Understanding of brand tone, corporate messaging, and stakeholder communication
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to grow in a fast‑moving company
