Internship Overview
ILRI’s ICT Unit provides technical support across the organization, ensuring staff can communicate, collaborate, and perform effectively. The intern will support the ICT service desk, assist with ticket management, and gain exposure to ICT systems, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and networking.
Key Responsibilities

Service Desk Support – Manage ICT service desk tickets and assign to technicians.

User Assistance – Provide basic ICT support to staff.

System Diagnostics – Perform routine checks on ICT systems.

Meeting Setup – Assist with physical & virtual meeting setups.

Data Cleanup – Maintain and clean records in ICT systems.

Software Testing – Test new tools and applications.

Installation – Install software and hardware on endpoints.

Resource Delivery – Deliver hardware and ICT resources to staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
