Available Positions

1️⃣ Programme Officer (Return & Reintegration) – P3

  • Contract Type: Fixed‑term (12 months, renewable).
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee the Migrant Return & Reintegration Programme.
    • Provide operational guidance, technical supervision, and staff mentoring.
    • Develop partnerships with UN agencies, government, and NGOs.
    • Ensure programme reporting, monitoring & evaluation, and donor compliance.
  • Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree with 5 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 7 years.
    • Experience in migration, reintegration, programme management, and donor reporting.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; knowledge of another UN language is an advantage.

2️⃣ Senior Finance Associate (Reporting & Budgeting) – G6

  • Contract Type: Special Short‑term Graded (up to 9 months).
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide financial guidance and supervise support staff.
    • Manage resources, monitor compliance, and prepare budgets.
    • Consolidate financial data and prepare reports.
    • Oversee payroll, vendor accounts, reconciliations, and disbursements.
    • Support audits and ensure compliance with IOM financial policies.
  • Qualifications:
    • High School diploma with 6 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4 years.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Oracle, SAP, and financial reporting.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required.
