Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C, formerly known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately owned company located in the Akaki Kality Industrial Zone of Addis Ababa. The company manufactures paints for the construction, industrial, and automotive sectors, along with wood and concrete lacquers and adhesives for the wood and leather industries.
Available Positions
1. Executive I – Management Information System (MIS)
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- Relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or information systems is preferred.
- Experience in sales and production reporting and analysis is highly desirable.
- Manufacturing, trading, FMCG, distribution, or related business experience is an advantage.
- Experience preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports is preferred.
2. Executive I – Receptionist
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business or any field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Front Desk Officer, or similar administrative role.
- Experience in a manufacturing company or reputable business organization is an advantage.
3. Senior Executive – Standardization
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Certified Quality Engineer or QMS Auditor certification is relevant.
- Experience in the paint, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or automotive industry is an advantage.
Experience & Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience as an executive in manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in the paint or chemical industry.
- People management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
